Loading

For many years of experiences in cement loading while cooperating with Sinocem, many loading ports in China are able to guarantee the high loading speed, for example: for a vessel of 40,000 tons sling-bag cement, average loading speed could reach 10,000 tpd; for a vessel of 15,000 tons cement, loading speed could reach >6000 tpd. In order to better protect cement from humidity, we underlay jute bags, hay and PP on the floor and the bulkheads of the cargo holds; preventing cement bags from directly meet with the hull plates. If there are different cargos on one same vessel, they would be effectively separated.
In order to ensure the cement/steel loading to go smoothly, we will send our port captain and owner’s representative to supervise the whole loading process.
