For us to serve our clients in a most efficient way, please kindly follow our buying procedure as follows:
we don’t quote without your LOI.
2) We exchange emails, calls or faxes to specify details on quality, quantity, packing, delivery, payment terms, etc.
3) We send a formal quotation.
4) We exchange visit(s) if necessary, and negotiate to finalize price and payment terms.
5) We send you a draft contract in agreed terms. Please sign and chop the contract and email back a scanned copy.
6) We issue the proforma invoice for you to open an L/C, BG, or to facilitate other payment schemes, so as to START our EXPORT PROCEDURE.
7) Following is an example of our Export Procedure for a standard 20,000mt shipment for West Africa with a bulk vessel:
a) 3 working days after acceptance of L/C: Bags produced ready for
packing.
b) 10 working days after acceptance of L/C: Vessel info sent to Buyer for confirmation.
c) 13 working days after acceptance of L/C: Cement cargo at port ready
for loading.
d) 15 working days after acceptance of L/C: Loading completed.
e) 45 working days after acceptance of L/C: Shipment arriving at the discharging ports in West Africa.
f) Discharging for Buyer’s account and responsibility.
